Glastonbury Festival Of Contemporary Performing Arts - Areas - The Guardian Lounge

Little Boots, the Maccabees and Amadou and Mariam were just some of the acts to play the Guardian Lounge in 2009. The Lounge, located to the right of the Pyramid stage, also featured performances from a range of acts including Micachu and the Shapes, Tony Christie and Heartbreak.

As well as those live sets, The Lounge also hosted DJ sets from the likes of Crazy P, Greco Roman Soundsystem (Joe Goddard of Hot Chip) and Horsemeat Disco, and on Thursday 26 June featured a mammoth seven-hour set from Italo disco duo Coco Disco.
