WHERE IS WORTHY VIEW?
Worthy View campsite is at the South of Glastonbury Festival site, situated above the stone circle field. It is approx. 250m up the (steep) hill from Pennard Hill Gate and we recommend it is not suitable for wheelchairs or children’s pushchairs. Please come prepared for the fact the gradient of the footpath is STEEP.
We understand you may have car shared with people who are not staying at Worthy View and have to enter Glastonbury Festival through Pedestrian Gates A, B, C or D. If this is the case, you will receive a festival wristband on entry and can walk across the site to Pennard Hill Gate at the top of Stone Circle and Tipi Field. As you exit through Pennard Hill Gate, your ticket will be taken off you and you will not be given a passout. You will exit the gate with just your festival wristband, which will be swopped for a Worthy View wristband when you get to Worthy View Gate. Once you’ve walked up the hill to the Village Green, identify yourself to our friendly stewards who will arrange for you to be transferred round to Worthy View Entrance Gate and for you to get your WV wristband and check into your accommodation.
