2025 Glastonbury flashmob dance revealed

We are delighted to announce the 2025 Glastonbury Festival flashmob dance is Le Freak by Nile Rodgers & Chic, presented by the Theatre and Circus Fields in association with Bristol-based choreographer Lauren Filer of ExElle Dance.

Watch the tutorial, learn the moves and be ready to dance with Nile Rodgers and Chic on the Pyramid Stage 18:00 Sunday. Everyone on site by Thursday 16:00 is also invited to join the first flashmob at The Gateway in Theatre and Circus.

“It’s a chance to be part of what has become a wonderful Festival tradition, even from the comfort of your sofa at home,” said Theatre and Circus Organiser Haggis McLeod.

Since 2014 at every Glastonbury a song has been selected from the set list of one of the artists performing on the Pyramid Stage. The security team at the Pyramid Stage have joined in from the start and they’re getting ready to dance again, according to Kara Williamson, Specialized Security Chief Executive.

“The whole team were delighted when they were asked way back in 2014 and now look forward to entertaining the crowd with their dance moves; it’s the highlight of their weekend on the Pyramid Stage,” Kara said.
